By submitting a request through keyrcode.com or engaging KeyR Code's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. KeyR Code is a Maryland, United States—based business.
KeyR Code provides done-for-you access-hub systems for real estate professionals — including Standard Listing Builds, Open House Builds, and Agent Identity Builds — along with optional ongoing Managed Care support. We build and manage these systems on your behalf; we are not a self-service software platform.
You submit a request through our website.
We review each request manually and follow up with next steps.
If we can accept the project, we send you a Stripe payment link, PayPal payment instructions, or an invoice.
After full payment is received and verified, we provide the detailed intake. Work does not begin before payment is verified.
Once we receive the completed intake and required materials, we build and deliver your access-hub system.
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page and is subject to change.
There is no automated checkout at launch. We review each request manually, then send a Stripe payment link, PayPal payment instructions, or an invoice. Full payment must be received and verified before we provide the detailed intake and before work begins.
Managed Care is offered month-to-month and billed in advance through a manually sent payment link or invoice. There is no automatic renewal at launch. Managed Care continues for each new month only after we receive the next monthly payment.
If you cancel a one-time build before work begins, you will receive a full refund. Because each build is customized, cancellation after work begins does not qualify for an automatic full refund. KeyR Code may provide a partial refund based on the portion of work not yet performed.
Send cancellation requests to contact@keyrcode.com. If KeyR Code determines that it cannot fulfill a project, we may cancel the project and issue a refund.
You may cancel Managed Care before making the next monthly payment. Cancellation prevents charges for future months. Once work begins during a paid month, that month is treated as customized work: it does not qualify for an automatic full refund, though KeyR Code may provide a partial refund based on the portion of work not yet performed.
You're responsible for providing accurate information and materials (logos, photos, property details, etc.) and for having the right to use any materials you provide us. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
You retain ownership of your brand materials, listings content, and any assets you provide us. KeyR Code retains ownership of our own systems, templates, and methodology used to deliver your build.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KeyR Code's total liability arising from or relating to a one-time build will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected build. For a claim relating to Managed Care, KeyR Code's total liability will not exceed the Managed Care fees you paid during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KeyR Code will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses, including lost commissions or lost opportunities, or for failures, outages, changes, or other acts of third-party platforms outside KeyR Code's reasonable control.
We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including for misuse of our services or non-payment. If we cannot fulfill a project, we may cancel it and issue a refund as described above. You may end Managed Care by canceling before making the next monthly payment, as described above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
