This policy explains what information KeyR Code collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. KeyR Code is a done-for-you service for real estate professionals — we build and manage listing, open house, and agent identity access hubs.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically as you browse.
- Requests and project information — name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company, property and event details, the build you're interested in, and any other information you provide through our forms or communications.
- Uploaded files — materials you provide for a request or project, such as photos, logos, brochures, floor plans, and other brand or property assets.
- Payment and invoice records — information associated with payments, invoices, refunds, and transaction status. Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method provided.
- Site usage data — collected automatically through Google Analytics, including pages visited, general location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and scope the right build for you
- Arrange payment, confirm payment status, and maintain transaction records
- Deliver, manage, and support the access hub you've purchased
- Communicate with you about your request, project, or support needs
- Understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to host the site, process requests and files, communicate with you, maintain business records, process payments, and understand site usage:
- Vercel — website hosting
- n8n — receiving and routing website form submissions and uploaded files through our workflows
- Gmail — lead notifications and email communications
- Google Sheets — lead and project recordkeeping
- Google Drive — storage of uploaded project files
- Google Analytics — site usage analytics
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing when the applicable payment method is used
Information shared with these providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may not affect your ability to use this site.
Data Retention
- Leads who do not become customers — retained for 12 months after the last interaction.
- Customer project records and uploaded files — retained during the service relationship and for 3 years afterward.
- Payment, invoice, and legally required records — retained as required by applicable law.
These are retention periods, not a representation that deletion is fully automated. Records may be reviewed and deleted through administrative processes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing contact@keyrcode.com. We may need to retain certain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
